Method

  1. Pre-heat oil in a large pot, add the Italian crumbles, onions, corn and garlic; saute until 3-5 minutes or until the onions start to turn golden.
  2. Add seasonings and mix. Add tomato products and kidney beans; simmer for 30 minutes. Add water as necessary. Heat to an internal temperature of 165 F (74 C).
