Method

  1. Preheat oven to 177°C (350°F).
  2. Heat beef for 20-25 minutes, until internal temperature of 60°C (140°C).
  3. Spread 15 ml (1 tbsp) dressing on bottom half of each roll.
  4. Top with 60 (2 oz) beef, 15 ml (1 tbsp) salsa sauce, 30 g (1 oz) cheese, and top of roll. Plate and serve immediately.
