Method

  1. Cook Oktoberfest Sausages on a preheated outdoor barbecue or arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in a pre-heated 350 F oven until the sausages have reached an internal temperatures of 165F (74C). Heat the sauerkraut separately for assembly.
  2. Build the German sausage bun by opening the deluxe hot bun and spreading 15 ml (1 Tbsp) of mustard on the bun. Then place the Oktoberfest sausage inside and top with 30 ml (2 Tbsp) of heated sauerkraut. Serve with dill pickle spear on top or on the side.
