Method

  1. Assemble the turkey salad mix with the diced turkey, mayonnaise, sour cream, orange juice, celery, cinnamon, red grapes, and sliced water chestnuts. Chill salad prior to plate assembly.
  2. Build the salad in layers. Place the lettuce on the plate as a base, add the chilled turkey salad and top with mandarin orange slices and roasted sliced almonds to finish.
