Turkey Broccoli & Cheddar

Method
- Steam broccoli until tender and let drain. Build the turkey dish but placing turkey patties on a baking sheet, leaving a space between each. Heat in a 350 F oven. Cook turkey burger to an internal temperature of 165 F (60 C).
- Place a hot turkey patty in the centre of the plate. Place 118 g (or 4 oz) of hot broccoli on top of the turkey.
- Laddle hot cheese sauce over the top of the stack for service (45 ml or 1.5 fl oz).
- Aside: a basic cheddar cheese sauce can be used in this dish which goes well with broccoli. Garnish with fresh thin strips of roasted red peppers on top (not included in nutritional analysis).
