Method
- Preheat convection or combi oven to roast at 375 F. Defrost pork drummies completely. In a deep roasting pan, put a layer of raw sliced cabbage on the bottom, then lay all the pork drummies on top of this cabbage layer.
- In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and whisk together until smooth. Reserve.
- Pour the mixture over the top of the panned pork drummies to coat them. Place the marinated drummies onto parchment lined baking sheets and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Roast at 375 F for 10-15 minutes, depending on the heat of the oven. Ensure that the pork drummies have reached an internal temperature of 165 F (74 C).
