Recipe Information

Method

  1. Preheat convection or combi oven to roast at 375 F. Defrost pork drummies completely. In a deep roasting pan, put a layer of raw sliced cabbage on the bottom, then lay all the pork drummies on top of this cabbage layer.
  2. In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and whisk together until smooth. Reserve.
  3. Pour the mixture over the top of the panned pork drummies to coat them. Place the marinated drummies onto parchment lined baking sheets and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Roast at 375 F for 10-15 minutes, depending on the heat of the oven. Ensure that the pork drummies have reached an internal temperature of 165 F (74 C).
