Method

  1. Preheat convection oven to 325'F/165'C. Place frozen meatballs in a greased 2" deep insert pan.
  2. Prepare the Sauce; combine brown sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan. Add undrained pineapple tidbits, apple cider vinegar, and soy sauce; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Add diced green and red peppers.
  3. Pour sauce over meatballs; gently stir. Cover and bake for 40 minutes. CCP-Cook to an internal temperature of 165F/74C held for at least 15 seconds.
  4. At point of service, garnish with chopped green onions.
