Method
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Add onion, mushrooms, and peppers. Sauté for 4-6 minutes or until fork tender.
- On bottom half of bun, place 60 g ( 2.1 oz) Maple Leaf Sure Slice Roast Beef, 60 ml ( 2 Fl oz ) vegetables, 1 slice cheese, and top of bun.
- Serve immediately.
