Recipe Information

Method

  1. Thaw the chicken completely prior to use. Mix the salad dressing with the olive oil, red wine vinegar, mustard, pepper and salt.
  2. To a bowl, add the chopped romaine lettuce, grapes, toasted almonds, cherry tomatoes and chicken pieces. Cover with dressing and toss.
  3. Garnish with parmesan cheese.Alternately, substitute the first 5 ingredients with a commercial salad dressing – nutritional analysis will be different.
