Method

  1. Thaw pulled chicken in refrigerator until assembly. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients (except the bun) and stir with until combined. Chill below 40 F (4 C) in a refrigerator until final assembly or service.
  2. Open each whole wheat bun and place 90 g (3 oz) of pulled chicken salad filling into each sandwich. Serve slightly open-faced for presentation.
