Recipe Information
Method
- Place Maple Leaf Meatballs in steam table pan. Cover and thaw in refrigerator.
- Heat oil in large pan. Sauté onions, carrots and zucchini in heated oil, 5-7 minutes or until tender.
- Sprinkle over meatballs.
- Pour Marinara sauce over meatballs.
- Cover and bake in 350°F (180°C) oven 55-60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170°F (75°C).
