Recipe Information

Method

  1. Toast bread. Arrange half of the slices on baking sheets.
  2. In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Add red peppers and sauté for 4 to 6 minutes or until fork tender.
  3. On each slice of toast, place 60 g ( 2.1 oz) of maple Leaf Sure Slice Roast Beef, 50 ml ( 4 tbsp) red peppers and second slice of toast. Pour 25 ml ( 2 tbs) gravy over sandwich and serve.
