Recipe Information

Method

  1. Place Maple Leaf Meatballs in 2 steam table pans. Cover and thaw in refrigerator.
  2. Heat oil in large pan. Sauté onions, celery and carrots in heated oil, 5-7 minutes or until tender.
  3. Sprinkle over meatballs.
  4. Combine Marinara and white sauces and pour over meatballs. (half per pan)
  5. Stir in peas and cooked pasta. (half per pan)
  6. Cover and bake in 350°F (180°C) oven 55-60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170°F (75°C).
