Recipe Information

Method

  1. Slice country sausage into bite size pieces. Combine with apples and onions, and stir into the sauerkraut. Add mixture to 2" deep hotel pans.
  2. Place hotel pans in a pre-heated 350 F (175 C) oven and bake for 45 minutes or until onions and apples are tender.
  3. Serve over accompaniment dishes or to the side.
