Method

  1. In a large skillet, heat prepared 1st amount of turkey gravy and chicken broth together until bubbling on medium heat.
  2. Add turkey breast slices to the gravy/broth mixture. Coat the gravy on all sides of the turkey slices and heat until the meat is warm. Heat to an internal temperature of 165'F/74'C held for 15 seconds. CCP-Maintain >140'F/60'C.
  3. At point of service, place slice of wholewheat bread on the plate. Top with 4 slices(77 g) of heated turkey breast; then ladle 1 oz (30 mls) of turkey gravy over top. May garnish with dried parsley.
