Method

  1. Place Beef Ribettes on a baking sheet and brush with barbeque sauce, top with shredded cheddar cheese evently. Place into a preheated 175 C (350 F) oven until heated through.
  2. In a preheated large pan or grill, add the oil and grill the mushrooms until done and tender. Set aside.
  3. Build your sandwich by laying out the multigrain panini bread, adding a layer of sauteed mushrooms and topping with 1 beef ribette covered with melted cheese.
