Method

  1. Defrost Individual Meatloaf portions under refrigeration 40°F (4°C).
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
  3. Prepare caramelized onions in advance and cool.
  4. Arrange meatloaf on two baking sheets. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until 165°F (74°C).
  5. On single slices of toast, arrange 1 meatloaf slice, 1/4 cup (60 ml) onions, one slice tomato, 1 slice of swiss cheese. Top with 1 tbsp (15 ml) gravy and second slice of bread. Serve immediately.
