Recipe Information

Method

  1. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise and horseradish. Stir to mix. Spread 5 ml (1 tsp) mixture on half bread slices.
  2. Top spread 60 (2 oz) sliced roast beef, slice onions, 2 slices tomatoes, lettuce and top with second slice of bread. Cut into quarters.
  3. Plate and cover. Refrigerate at 4°C (40°F) until service.
