Recipe Information

Method

  1. Two days before, thaw cooked pulled pork in an insert pan in the refrigerator at 40'F/4'C or lower.
  2. Layer bread with margarine on one side and mustard on the other.
  3. Build the sandwiches with 20 grams sliced black forest ham, 40 grams pulled pork and place 20 grams of sliced swiss cheese on top.
  4. Grill on a hot surface or in a press (if possible), until the cheese melts. Pork should reach an internal temperature of 160 F/70 C for at least 15 seconds. .
  5. Cut in half on diagonal and serve hot.
