Recipe Information

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (177° C). Arrange veal cutlettes on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until internal temperature is 165° F (74° C).
  2. Combine the mayonaise and Chipotle BBQ Sauce. Spread 2 tsp (10 ml) Chipotle Sauce on each Kaiser roll.
  3. Place one cutlette on each roll. Top with cheese slice, tomato slice, and lettuce leaf. Cut in half.
  4. Serve immediately.
