Recipe Information

Method

  1. Preheat convection oven to 400'F/200'C.
  2. Place frozen chicken breast cutlet on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes and then flip chicken cutlet and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Ensure internal temperature reaches 165'F/74'C for at least 15 seconds.
  3. At point of service, spoon over 1 Tbsp/15 ml prepared bruschetta topping on each chicken cutlet. Sprinkle with 1 tsp/5 ml of parmesan cheese over the bruschetta topping. Garnish with sprinkling of basil over the parmesan cheese.
