Method

  1. In a pre-heated pot, melt the margarine and add the sliced mushrooms, once sauteed, add garlic powder and cream sauce. Simmer for 15 minutes to combine flavours.
  2. Lay out pork cutlettes on a baking sheet that has been lightly greased. Bake breaded pork cutlettes to an internal temperature of 165 F (60 C).
  3. For service, ladle mushroom cream sauce (45 ml/1..5 fl oz) over each pork cutlette and top with mozzarella cheese slice. Place tray back into oven under a broil setting to melt and lightly brown the tops of the pork cutlet stacks.
  4. Garnish with a few slices of sauteed mushrooms on top of stack (optional and not included in the nutritional analysis).
