Method

  1. Thaw Pulled Beef under refrigeration at <40'F/4'C
  2. Preheat oven to 177° C ( 350° F).
  3. In a large pot, heat Pulled Beef in beef au jus to an internal temperature of 74° C ( 165° F).
  4. Slice rolls and place on baking sheets. Bake 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Spread each bottom half of bun with 10 ml ( 2 tsp) garlic mayonnaise and place 50 g ( 1.75 oz) beef on top.
  6. Top with 25 ml ( 2 tbsp) cheese and top of roll. Cut in half and serve immediately.
