Method

  1. Heat a large pot on the stove with the oil, saute the onions and peppers until just tender. Set aside to finish the dish.
  2. In a large insert pan, combine vegetables, shaved steak, gravy and BBQ sauce. Toss gently. Cover pan(s) with foil and bake in a preheated 350 F convection oven for 45 minutes or until the vegetables are tender, heating the beef to an internal temperature of 165 F (74 C).
