Recipe Information

Method

  1. In a large pot or skillet, heat olive oil and add onions, saute until cooked but translucent.
  2. Add zucchini slices, white pepper and minced garlic, continue to saute for 4-5 minutes until vegetables are cooked.
  3. Add cooked bacon that is cut into 1"" (2.5 cm) pieces and also add the chicken. Continue to saute until all is combined and chicken is above 160 F/70 C.
  4. Finish with parmesan cheese and fresh chopped parsley.
