Method
- In a large pot, heat the oil and saute onions, celery, garlic and red peppers until tender. Add canned tomatoes and tomato paste. Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add beef ribettes, salt, pepper and oregano, simmer for another 20-30 minutes.
- Serve hot with accompaniments.
