Method

  1. Defrost Pulled Chicken in the refrigerator overnight. Cut all ingredients to shredded sizes desired. Mix all ingredients except pulled chicken to coat with dressing. Add the pulled chicken and finish by gently tossing in the chicken to keep the chicken shreds large.
  2. Store at 4 C (40 F) or lower until service.
