Method
- The day before, thaw the BBQ beef ribette in the refrigerator at 4'C/40'F or lower.
- Preheat convection oven to 325'F/165'C. Pan the Beef Ribettes on a parchment lined baking sheet and brush on a generous amount of teriyaki sauce. Place in a oven and heat to an internal temperature of 165'F/74'C and held for a minimum of 15 seconds.
- Chop green onions and set aside.
- Serve 1 each and sprinkle with chopped green onions at point of service.
