Recipe Information

Method

  1. Preheat convection oven to 400'C/200'C.
  2. Place cooked chicken breast cutlet on parchment lined baking sheet. Spoon over 2 Tbsp/30 ml of spaghetti sauce on each chicken cutlette.
  3. Place 1/2 slice (10 grams) mozzarella cheese on top of the spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Ensure internal temperature of chicken reaches 165'F/74'C and is held for 15 seconds. Sprinkle parsley on top as a garnish.
  5. Serve 1 Baked Chicken Parmesan per serving.
