Recipe Information

Method

  1. Cut each bun and toast if desired. Preheat Pork Rib to 160 F / 70 C in pre-heated 350 F (175 C) oven. Put rib into bun.
  2. Make asian slaw with the remaining ingredients and place 70g portion of asian slaw on top of pork rib.
  3. Alternately, use an asian flavoured sauce for extra flavour as desired. (Nutritional analysis will be different)
