Recipe Information

Method

  1. Preheat convection or Combi oven to 375 G. Ensure the chicken is fully defrosted. The seasonings stick and the chicken will cook better.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the lemon juice, lemon zest, ginger, black pepper, thyme and canola oi. Toss with defrosted chicken and let marinate for 20 minutes.
  3. Place chicken on parchment lined baking sheets, make sure not to overlap the chicken pieces. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, depending on the heat of the oven. Ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 F (74 C) prior to serving.
