Recipe Information

Method

  1. Thaw Maple Leaf Cooked Diced Turkey in steam table pan in refrigerator at 4'C/40'F or lower the day before.
  2. Preheat convection oven to 325'F/165'C. Heat oil in pan and saute onions, and celery for 5 minutes or until tender.
  3. Spray a 2" deep full size insert pan with cooking spray.
  4. Place half diced turkey in full steam table pan.
  5. Top with half bread stuffing, all the cranberry sauce and all the sautéed vegetables.
  6. Top with half mashed potatoes.
  7. Repeat with remaining ingredients (remaining diced turkey/remaining stuffing), finishing with mashed potatoes.
  8. Bake in convection oven for 55-60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170°F (75°C).
