It’s Fajita Festival time! Fajitas originated from Mexico and come in a variety of different flavours. You can use spiced beef or chicken (or any protein strips); accompanied with chopped, sautéed vegetables and shredded cheeses of choice. A fajita is built in layers. The tortilla shell creates the base; spiced meats, vegetables and cheese are then piled on top to create a tasty dish. It can also be served with seasonal vegetables and a seasonal side salad.
