Celebrate Food & Flavours
National Food Day falls on October 24th each year. This day was created by the Centre for Science and Public Interest (CSPI) back in 1975 and it was intended to be similar to “Earth Day”. The day toasts nutritious and healthy foods and focuses on education about the importance of healthy eating in general. They also wanted to raise awareness around food safety, clean labels and foods made from animals raised without antibiotics.
Maple Leaf is a perfect partner for this national celebration as we are committed to developing better-for-you products for all occasions. We are also leaders in Food Safety, and in raising animals without the use of antibiotics.
