Maple, Mustard & Rosemary Carved Ham

Method
- Preheat convection oven at 300'F/150'C. Prepare glaze: Combine ingredients in small bowl and mix together with whisk. Set aside.
- Pre-slice ham and layer in a shallow insert with 1/2 cup of water or apple juice in the bottom. Cover and bake in convection oven for approximately 15-20 minutes.
- Remove ham from oven and pour prepared glaze over top of ham slices. Bake uncovered for an additional 15 – 20 minutes until the glaze is caramelized. Cook to an internal temperature of 145'F/63'C.
- Serve 90 grams of sliced Maple, Mustard & Rosemary Carved Ham per serving.
