Method
- Heat burgers on a preheated outdoor barbecue or arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in a pre-heated oven until the burgers have reached an internal temperature of 165 F (74 C). Place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each burger and allow to melt for service.
- Build each burger by splitting the bun open, placing the cheeseburger inside and garnishing with all the traditional toppings listed, individualized for each client.
