Smoked Ham with Cranberry Marmalade Glaze

Method
- Place the ham in a roasting pan with a little water and cover. Cook in a pre-heated 300 F oven for 2 hours.
- In a medium pot, bring the remaining ingredients to a boil. Score the ham into a diamond pattern and generously brush the cranberry sauce mixture over the top of the ham; return to the oven for 30 minutes. Brush repeated times for desired effect.
- Heat the ham to an internal temperature of 145F/63C. Slice and serve 90g with sauce.
