Method

  1. Cook Oktoberfest Sausages on a preheated outdoor barbecue or arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in a pre-heated 350 F oven until the sausages have reached an internal temperatures of 165F (74C). Heat the cheese sauce and chili separately in pots, keeping hot.
  2. Build the boat by taking 1/2 of a deluxe hot bun and pressing down the inside portion of the bun, creating the outside of the boat. Fill the boat with 40 g (1.5 oz) of chili, place the Oktoberfest sausage next and top with a drizzle of hot cheese sauce over the top in a swirling pattern.
