Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
  2. Place pork chops in full steam pans.
  3. In large mixing bowl, combine apricots, beef au jus, oregano, basil, vinegar, pepper, syrup and Worcestershire Sauce. Stir to combine. Pour over pork chops. Cover pan with foil.
  4. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until pork reaches 165°F (74°C).
