Method

  1. Cut cooked potatoes and slice country sausage into bite size pieces.
  2. In a large bowl or pan, combine potatoes and sausage pieces with bacon, green onions, Dijon mustard, light mayonnaise, sour cream, black pepper and sauerkraut.
  3. Mix gently.
