Recipe Information

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Defrost Individual Meatloaf portions under refrigeration 40°F (4°C).
  3. In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Add garlic, green peppers cooking for 1 minute. Add mushrooms and garlic. Cook for 4 to 6 minutes or until vegetables begin to soften.
  4. Arrange meatloaf on two baking sheets. Top with 1/4 cup (60 ml) pepper mixture, 1/8 cup (30 ml) pizza sauce and 2 tbsp (30 ml) Parmesan cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until 165°F (74°C).
