Pulled Beef Stroganoff

Method
- In a large pot, heat oil and add diced onions. Saute for 5 minutes. Add pulled beef, sliced mushrooms and saute another 5 minutes. Beef should reach a temperature of 160 F/70C.
- Add the beef gravy, white pepper and mustard, bring to a simmer, cook for 10-15 minutes to allow flavours to combine and vegetables to become very tender.
- Just prior to service, stir in the sour cream.
- Garnish with finely chopped green onions.
